Good Sam – Wound Care And Rehab Centre (15)
This project of Good Sam foundation in collaboration with SUMANAHALLI Society, provides wound care to people affected by Leprosy, Disabilities, Diabetes, Accidents, Non-Healing Wounds and other rare conditions. It also provides surgical options when required. Good Sam provides training of care givers on wound care techniques and preventive care to avoid recurrence of ulcers. It also rehabilitates people with Spinal Cord injuries. It was inaugurated on 24th June 2023.
The center has a Mini Operation Theatre and Rehabilitation Capabilities. It also has facilitates for providing Assistive Devices and Mobility Aids and Appliances & Livelihood solutions and other related services.
