Most of our items are available in stock for immediate shipping.
For items that require special preparation, our artisans will craft them especially for you. This may take additional time –The details will be mentioned in the listing, which you can view before placing an order. Alternatively, we will contact you via email.

Dispatch Time:

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after the order is placed.

Delivery Time:

Once dispatched, your item will be delivered within 3-5 working days for all Metro cities and 5-10 working days for all other locations in India.

Shipping Charges:

We offer flat-rate shipping charges for your convenience:

Rs. 50 for deliveries within Bengaluru.
Rs. 100 for deliveries outside Bengaluru.

Packaging:

We take pride in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. We use the right packing materials to guarantee safe delivery.

Shipping Communication:

We value transparency and aim to keep you informed throughout the shipping process. Once your package has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing the courier tracking details, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Timely Delivery:

We endeavor to deliver all packages within the defined timeline. However, if there are any unexpected delays or issues with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to assist you further.

Lost Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost in transit by the courier, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. We offer the following options:

Alternatively, we can refund the order value according to your original payment method.

International Shipping:

Return of Packages:

If you refuse a package or if the courier is unable to deliver the package due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll process a refund for the cost of the item. However, shipping charges or order value deductions may apply based on the reason for return.
